Nick Novack has Partnered with me to release a weightlifting program everyone can follow.  As seen on my YouTube channel  "Olympic training series" you will be able do follow along with the same program I am currently on giving you a better feel for the program. You get the ability to actually see what needs to be done and how to approach the workouts learning from my completions and mistakes. You also will be able to add in your 1 rep max into excel for specific exercises and it will automatically give you the weight you must use for each exercise (how sweet is that). Training is 3 days a week, giving you enough time & rest to still do what you would like to for training on the non-weightlifting days. this is month 1 out of a 3 month cycle, so train hard and lets all make progress together.
